Face to face counselling
Counselling sessions take place usually at the Kidderminster practice, in a quiet, private consulting room (home visits are available by prior arrangement). Counselling is by appointment only and each session lasts for one hour. A free initial assessment is available to all new clients and is an opportunity to meet with your counsellor and ask any questions that you may have regarding the counselling. Counselling sessions and assessments are available between the hours of 10am and 10pm weekdays.

Telephone & Online Counselling
This service is available to those who find themselves unable to see a counsellor face to face for whatever reason. It could be that you live too far away to make travelling an option or that you simply find it easier to discuss your issues in this way. Appointments are available between the hours of 10am and 10pm weekdays.

When you have confirmed that you agree to the Terms and Conditions this will take you to a payments page. After you have made the payment of £25 for your first session you should contact us by telephone or Email to arrange a convenient time for the counselling session.

Email counselling
For those who prefer, an emailing service is also available. Email us with the issues you are facing, think of it as writing a letter about your life as it is and what difficulties you are facing. When you send it to us, together with your payment, your counsellor will send a full and detailed reply within 48 hours, direct to your inbox.
